One of the most unique and important aspects of the Morpheus Coach app is the ability for you to review lifestyle and training data together to get a more well rounded picture of someone’s recovery, fitness, and health.


The Morpheus Coach app allows you to see an overview of today’s data for All Members or specific groups on your dashboard.  Or you can tap on any individual and then dive deeper into his/her lifestyle and training data.


Here is an example of the overview data for the date shown at the top of the screen.

Tap on any individual to open his/her specific metrics.


The default view is 30 days but you can change it to 7 or 90 days.  Or can tap the 3 dots to the right of 90 days and choose a custom date range.


You see bar graphs for each metric with a white trend line.  You can turn off the trend line by tapping the icon in the upper right of the screen.


On the right of the bar graphs you have the actual value for the day selected.  It will default to today, but you can use the yellow circle over the date at the top to toggle the date left and right.


To the right of today’s actual value you see the average value for the date range selected.  In this case you see the averages for the last 30 days.


If you change it to 90 days you will see the averages for the last 90 days.

The yellow arrow on the far right of each metric allows you to dive one layer deeper into each metric.


The recovery details allow you to see several more details than the previous overview screen; such as training zones, the change in recovery score from the previous day, and the change in recovery score on that day due to a workout.  It also allows you to see any notes that the client entered after any recovery test.


The sleep details for an individual allow you to see more specific sleep quantities as well as how the individual rated sleep quality, soreness, and feeling on the questionnaire after his/her recovery test.


The activity details are available if your members are using a 3rd party tracker such as Garmin, Fitbit, Apple Watch, etc to track daily steps and are having those steps synced to the Morpheus Recovery app.


Morpheus helps take your clients’ training to the next level and the coach app helps you dive into their training data.

The results of any workout that is done with the Morpheus Recovery phone app or with the live training feature of the coach app can be viewed in detail in the coach app.

You can see an overview of the workouts done across any date range that you select.  It gives you a visual representation of time spent in each heart rate zone.  

You can also workout details for each workout recorded with Morpheus, including any notes the client enters about each workout.

Lastly, you can review HRV and resting heart rate.  This will give you insight into the main reason why your member recovery scores are what they are.


Noticing upward or downward trends in HRV is an extremely important part of ensuring the training load you place on your clients is within ideal range to allow for proper recovery and drive amazing fitness, performance, and health results.


If you tap on Resting HR you can see the the data for that metric.
